along eerie, dark halls that seemed to have no end into mysterious
chambers so large, that the fragile light they carried never reached
the other side. Now you can too! The Lantern Tour lasts approximately
1½ hours. On this tour, you will venture deep underground exploring
raw cave passages equipped with only a hand-held lantern to light
the way. Your tour guide will relay some frightening folklore, share
stories of unexplained phenomena, as well as detail some of the
rich history and geology of the Manitou Grand Caverns. The Discovery
Tour is a 45 minute guided walking tourfeaturing a relaxing walk
through the caves, the Discovery Tour is offered year round. Whatever
the temperature outside, it's always a comfortable 54 degrees inside
